This is our modified Anvil 146 cap that has a 3"w x 2"h MILSPEC Velcro loop swatch on both sides of the cap, double stitched. The front Velcro swatch is perfect for our Velcro-backed desert U.S. flag, and the rear swatch for a modified name tape and one of our Velcro-backed blood type tapes. This version has the original cap button on the top. The Operator Cap #2 has a 1x1" Velcro swatch in place of the button for glint tape.
